We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Locas Market. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges.
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item. Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund or send out your exchange.
Please note that items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
